Only 'dodgy' Non Imm O's based on volunteering. A genuine visa from an authorized organisation wouldn't be a problem

You keep your passport whilst renewing, VFS send the copies of all the pages you supply for your application

Can you be denied a tourist visa or entry to Thailand while owning a motorbike?

You'll be in no mans land. If you get refused entry then Thai Immigration may impound your bike or send you back to Cambodia with your bike. The bike won't be a reason for Immigration to let you in the Country.

You can get the 90 days Non Imm O in the UK with £10k(450,000bt) in a UK bank account and that IS the O based on being 50 and over.

You need to go through the Courts to obtain sole custody of your half Thai child in order to obtain a 1 year extention of stay/visa based on being the childs guardian
