as a diabetic myself...you should be monitoring your glucose levels and adjust your diet accordingly....as for the Diarrhea you can get immodium ...and make sure you are hydrated ...which you are not as you say your pee is brown...2hich says your kidneys are failing...please go see a doctor who can save your kidneys ...you need 3 litres of fluid day .
