as a diabetic myself...you should be monitoring your glucose levels and adjust your diet accordingly....as for the Diarrhea you can get immodium ...and make sure you are hydrated ...which you are not as you say your pee is brown...2hich says your kidneys are failing...please go see a doctor who can save your kidneys ...you need 3 litres of fluid day .

I was told.that immigration didn't want to do all the paperwork...easier to do retirement. I argued for two years ...then they paid me a home visit ...asked me to pay for the diesel to do the home visit.

Wow that means with a 90 arrival we will be on Par with the Elite Indian,Chinese ,Russian tourists !
