So I'm from the UK, and have a question for all the expat OAP's who are on 20 tablets a day like myself? What's the process for prescription meds? Do I need to visit a hospital with my medical history and get it OK'd by a doc first, or can I just stagger out of Soi Cowboy into the nearest pharmacy, no questions asked? Tia

Hi im hoping to move from the uk to pattaya in May.i am on heart medication ,I can get my daughter to pick my medication up and send it to me to pick up at the post office soi 13/2.would she address it in my name c/o the post office.i would be grateful for any advice thanks.

Everything else, pharmacy question:

Is there any cough medicine that actually works, that I can get in a pharmacy here?

Tried three different pills/syrups I got from pharmacists, and my cough is still not going away.

Doctor gave me antibiotics, didn't make any difference.
