Copy photo page passport, copy departure card, copy of visa, not sure of anything else, they have a desk there they will check your copies and tell you if you need anything else, copy service and photos available immigration office. The farang immigration officers there are very helpful.

You can find english version of computerised multiple choice on line I did bike test two years ago, it realy helps to get a copy, english translation on test can cause some problems.
