Hello everyone, I'll be doing my first 90-day report soon. Can the members of this forum please tell me exactly what documents I will need to copy and bring to the immigration office? I entered Thailand on April 1 from Myanmar, when should I go to the immigration office?
TLDR : Answer Summary
In order to complete your 90-day report at the immigration office in Thailand, you'll need to prepare specific documents including a copy of your passport photo page, a copy of your departure card, and a copy of your visa. Additionally, you may need to file a TM30 form, which requires your landlord's signed authorization (with a 10 baht tax stamp) and their Thai ID and house book. It's important to file your TM30 within 24 hours of re-entering Thailand, or you could face a fine. Your 90-day report is due 89 days after your entry, and you can report within 15 days before or up to 7 days after the due date. Make sure to check with your local immigration office to confirm any specific requirements.
