My husband has a Non O (marriage) Thai visa. He is getting a new passport (UK). Please advise on how he can transfer his Thai visa from the old passport to the new one. Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
To transfer a Non O (marriage) Thai visa from an old UK passport to a new one, your husband typically does not need to take any action. He will receive the old passport back with a corner cut off and should keep both passports together. If he has a yearly extension of stay, he can take both passports to the immigration office to have the existing stamps transferred. If he holds a year-long, multi-entry Non-O visa, he should carry both passports when entering or exiting Thailand until the visa in the old passport expires.

IF he got a yearly extension of stay at the immigration office he takes BOTH passports there and they'll transfer the existing stamps.
IF he has year-long, multi-entry Non-O VISA <- that he got from a thai consulate in another country (where he exits/re-enters thailand every 90 days) he carries BOTH passports when he enters/exits the country until the visa in the old one is expired.
