Where are you looking at properties?

Mine has an inside kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave and dishwasher, as well as an outside kitchen with a washing machine. Even the condo I stayed in at first had a hob and washing machine.

How can someone have a citizen ID card without a bank account?

It's probably possible in some circumstances, but most people will not have one.

A Thai visa agent can't guarantee you a visa for the USA. All they can do is organise the proof that you have to provide anyway, so you would be wasting your money. They can't bribe someone in the usa to guarantee success.

Get your proof (lots of it) organised, cover everything requested by immigration, with each document numbered and a list of all the documents. Then submit it yourself. If your proof is badly organised or missing, the chances are they will reject the application.

Good luck.

I sort of agree with you Ste, but I do enjoy reading the comments when someone posts a question like that 😆

@Metty ******
are these agents from the UK? if not why pay a Thai person to do a UK process?

Is there a guaranteed pass or no fee?

I don't understand why anyone would use an agent for this task, surely it's just a case of organising and providing the evidence the UK government request.

If they have insufficient evidence the agent can't bribe someone in the UK to approve it.

I have 2 accounts, one with the 800k deposit and a separate account for daily living expenses. It means there's no chance of me going below the visa threshold and makes it simpler to print the statement every year.

@Malcolm ******
you mean a Thai visa agent to do a UK visa application or are there some UK people in Thailand that specialise in this work here?

The last thing I would do is pay a Thai person to do a UK visa application for me, but each to their own I guess.

I saw one on here last week where the agent was clearly clueless about the process and yet taking the expats money.

If you apply for the non o 90 day visa in your home country it also makes it easier to open a bank account in Thailand.

Once you have the 12 month extension, you can extend it annually without leaving Thailand at the immigration office.

it's easy, don't believe people saying it is difficult.
