: if there is an outbreak of 20 people in the Kingdom today,outside of the Quarentine centres, my guess is the borders will slam shut by midnite tomorrow. We only got 2 days warning the last time the borders closed completely. But at that time the quarentine protocal was not avalible.

While knowlegeable folung do exist ( most noteably Ubon Joe on thai visa) they are outnumbered by those who are just wrong. Sorting those who know from those who dont is a krap shoot at best. Requirements are also office dependent . One office may be a gotta have requirement others, dont care. Best bet for accurate info is ALWAYS the office you intend to apply at.

The requirements can change from day to day acording to the mood of the people at the top OR any changes in the Covid situations. What was yesterday, can be tossed out the window, if there is an outbreak today,

Immigration is doing their best to Weed out those "visitors"🥴😜🤪 that are trying to Game the System. As the "Gamers"🥳🤩😎 adjust their tricks, immigration is putting in place tighter "requrements" to Keep the "Gamers" in check. My visit to Mai Sai Yesterday, was handled quickly, ,efficiently & with appropriate courtesy.👨‍⚖️ Some Folung in the waiting room seemed put off that the amnesty was not extended into perpetuity. Others realized it is like a river, paddeling not required to get where it goes. The process is a lot easier for those people that get their information from the people at the immigration office they will be applying at ,,,AND Definitly not from some drunk on an adjacent bar stool, or an online forum full of aaaaaaahhhhhhhhh

"advisors" who don't really know. Some actually do but how to which ones. You cant.

What ever you do in Canada for $$$$$$$$$$$ get better at it the more you have the ea$ier it become$ as you become more able to obtain "Better help" to correctly prepare the necce$ary document$... There is a possibility that long term Tourist visas (4 or 6 months) may become avalible sometime november for preffered "Tourists". Do not hold your breathe though any mini-outbreakwill scuttle that ship overnight.
