your wrong Bart it is the responsibility of the airlines to make sure you have the proper visas for the country they are transporting you to. Most airlines pay no attention to the requirement, but some due.

Not “visa on arrival” that is something completely different. Coming from the US, you would be entering on “Visa Exempt” valid for 60 days with 30 day extension available.

please look at the stamp. He is clearly stamped in for 90 days and it is printed non-o visa

I hear what you’re saying. We live in Phichit and they are very relaxed. Officer came to house, no questions for neighbors, and only required one photo of the wife and I in front of the house showing that house number.

actually if you keep copies of your original extension application, all you have to do is update the TM seven and go to the ampour for a marriage certificate verifying that you are still married. Other than that I just copied the same documents. I use one when I initially applied.
