You really do not want to invest that sort of cash in Thailand, especially if you are using social media to ask! I built a home and when I was made redundant in 2017, I built extra rooms and now have a luxury bed and breakfast. This cost me over 8 million baht including the land! Covid then hit us and the business has been closed for over two years. I am now back working overseas and my business will remain closed until I sell or reopen!
