Every time you go for the extension on marriage you have to show 400k in a Thai bank account in your name.

Thats what i mean a extension based on marriage showing the 400k etc from thailand.

Then you report to immigration in Thailand every 90 day's

I thought if you showed 400k and all the paperwork you got your extension and did not have to leave the country just report every 90 days.

If you got your extension based on marriage outside of Thailand not showing the 400k then you had to leave the country every 90 days.

And on that visa you can open a account on SET Stock exchange Thailand and you pay tax on every trade you make.

Using your 400k in the bank.

And make sure its in there for 2 monthsbefore you get your next extension. I can't see that you whould be breaking any rules. Can you ?
