As you can see i got my extension at the hospital.

Now what i was told on the phone was.

Photo copy of your data page.

Photo copy of your visa be it a visa exempt or a SETV.

Photo copy of your Tm6.

One photo of yourself taken no longer than 3 months ago.

You drop that of monday to Friday between 8 in the morning and 5 in the evening.

You don't fill out a tm7 they do that for you.

You go back Saturday between 8 and 12 mid day for you 30 days extension.

For 2800bt.

But if you walk in on a Saturday you pay the usual 1900bt + 1500bt.

TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend your Thai visa at a hospital, you need to provide several documents: photocopies of your data page, your current visa (visa exempt or SETV), and your TM6 form, along with a recent photo of yourself (within 3 months). You can submit these documents Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM. You do not need to fill out a TM7 form; it will be completed for you. You must return on Saturday between 8 AM and noon to collect your 30-day extension for a fee of 2800 THB. If you go in on a Saturday, the cost will be the usual 1900 THB plus an additional 1500 THB.
