You should be able to get the visa based on being your daughters guardian for 2 parents provided you can show the right money in your account. Not sure about English courses but you can learn Thai online with some language schools. If you're staying in chasing mai then you should find a local school there as you will need to go to the right immigration office every 3 months

I've actually never heard of single white females working in Pattaya either, you probably have more knowledge than me 😘I went there once about 11 years ago, never intend to set foot in that place again, all i saw was what you wouldn't even like to imagine, and the typical farang that love it. don't listen to these idiots. Thailand is not a man's land. They are simply referring to the places they frequent (girly bars and areas with lots of them). A farang is a foreigner. So they basically mean to educate them in your own country. Again, don't take the advice of these 'men' regarding the education or life you're providing your children.

The people in these groups are generally awful and unhelpful. Don't listen to them. Seems to mostly be bitter old dudes who came here to get what they couldn't get in their own countries.... I'd recommend joining groups which are for the area you plan to go to, they all have their own. You will probably get some friendlier and more helpful advice there.

I came here as a single mum too- years ago.
