Hello! Can I do my 90 day report anywhere or does it have to be in the province I'm staying? I ask because I need to go to a hospital in a different province and would be ideal if I could do the report there. Many thanks ๐

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can submit your 90-day report at any immigration office in Thailand, as long as you have registered your current address with the immigration office where you obtained your Extension of Stay. You can also file online, even if you are temporarily residing in a different province, as long as your address is registered properly.
You could do it online, it only takes a few minutes.

As the 90 day report is also asking for your current address, you can do it everywhere in Thailand AS LONG AS your address is registered at the same Immigration Office.
There is NO rule that forbids you to travel or change address during one year, you are not obligated to make the 90 day report at the same office where you got your Extension of Stay
IF you use the on line method, you can fill in your home address even when temporarily residing elsewhere in Thailand

As a rule you do a 90 day report at the immigration office where you got your extension issued. BUT as long as you have a TM30 filed where you're staying, at least in theory you could file a 90 day report at the immigration office serving that area.
Remember you can do a 90 day report in person from 2 weeks before the due date until 1 week after the due date (a three week window to report) so you might be able to coordinate doing it where you have your primary residence / got your extension
