Don’t know if you can advise on taking our granddaughter for a holiday out of Thailand with her father

What do documents do we require

We have the consent letter for taking our granddaughter out of the country is that all we need signed by her mother who Thai

Or do we need to go to local Amphur to be signed by head /official of local government office

Going to travel from India to Thailand with my Thai national minor son. His mother is also Thai national and staying there in Thailand. My request is that do I need any document/consent from my minor son's mother to travel ? If so then what is name of that document/consent ? if anyone has available photo for that document, I request to share. or is it sufficient that if my son's mother send her consent on simple paper with her signature on it ?
