Hey guys, just trying to prepare for my DTV application in Jakarta, is this the correct form? I dont see DTV listed as an option.

I'm also wondering what you had to show as proof of employment, do I need to show payslips or is a contract of employment enough? According to the official website-

4.1 for a DTV Workcation (Digital nomad/remote worker/foreign talent/freelancer) : Employment contract or employment certificate in their country or professional portfolio showcasing digital nomad, remote worker, foreign talent or freelancer status

** Copies of agency/school/institution/company documents must be signed by an authorized person and stamped with the agency/school/institution/company seal

To me it seems like you only need a contract, but seems too easy 😅

Many thanks!

Scroll through the group a week backwards, then you have your questions answered, and learned lot of other things about DTV.

All she cared about with the letter is that it said: “can work online”. And for the bank statements all she cared about was the end balance abovs 500k baht. No pay slips, rejected my ‘resume’/portfolio, seemed confused I even brought it.

For the signed by the company with company seal, if you can, do it. If not, what you gonna do…

yea I wasn't sure what a company seal is 😅 I just asked them to stamp with their company stamp. Someone on a previous post of mine just said that they are going online from the 22nd 🤷🏼‍♀️

I would prefer online. Was weird, she told me to not give the flight details, refused to take them. Then rejected the one in front because he didn’t have it (he sajd). I would have gone to vietnam and submitted all of it as one long pdf if I did it again. The benefit of going in person is someone can check, but if someone on here can check save yourself the headache.

Contract is suffice, ensure it includes remote work overseas is allowed or put that in a letter.

if they need further docs such as payslips they will ask

They have only this form at the moment, it's okay... just write "DTV" under the options by hand.
