Does my company registration documents need to be translated to English? Obviously it won't look like the official certificate so a literal translation which is stamped by the company is ok? We are a bit confused by that one. Thanks. (Applying in Jakarta)

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying in Jakarta, it's essential to check with the embassy regarding translation requirements for your company registration documents. While some embassies may accept a simple translation or even a Google translation, others might require a more formal translation. It's advisable to submit the original document alongside the translation for clarity. Overall, requirements can vary between embassies, so confirmation from your specific embassy is recommended.
Depends on the embassy, some are ok with non notarized but others like Malaysia require that stamp. Send an email to Jakarta to confirm the notarization to avoid delays with your approval.
