Airbnb is illegal for bookings under 30 days and condo management can and do enforce this. Fines can be placed on owners trying to do short term (sub 30 days ) lets

So many incorrect statements here, if you have a valid retirement visa and re entry permit the you can apply for the COE And once you have that you can go to Thailand
