Harsh as it may seem to the OP, he's denied a Visa and has the VL stamp. Cross Thailand off your list of vacation spots and consider another location.

We really can avoid anti lgbtq people. Why should the country accept a person who doesn’t respect other individuals? That screams red flags for hate crimes.

Anti lgbtq? Stay in your own country with your outdated bigoted views!
You can't do anything. Why did you buy a ticket without getting a visa? They only need a temporary booking. There was no need to buy a ticket. If you have been refused and you apply again so quickly, then you will get the VL (Void List) stamp on your passport. I suggest you try again after a few months with the correct documents. Also most advice here won't work for you, we are not so privileged like them.
You can submit missing documents only if they ask you. If they have already returned your passport without a visa, you can't. They never tell you why your visa is not approved. Best is to try again after a few months.

Dominique Em Firstly, he's a man. Secondly, who told you he applied for an eVisa? People from Bangladesh cannot apply for eVisa. Don't just assume things before you reply to someone.

You were denied because of your K-Pop stance.

The first thing on your profile says you are "anti LGBTQ". Maybe they saw that and didn't like it 🙈 Be aware as you'll encounter many LGBTQ people in Thailand, time to open your horizon and accept them if you wanna go to LOS.
Assuming you applied for an e-visa, if you're from a country that can enter without a visa (visa exempt) or purchase a visa when you arrive (visa on arrival) then you can enter that way and when your visa arrives you can leave Thailand and re-enter to activate your visa.
If your passport is not from one of those countries, you cannot travel to Thailand until you have a visa so you'll need to change your flight.
