Does anyone know if you can apply for an o visa (spouse and family visiting) once in Thailand on a tourist visa. I have a B visa (working as a teacher) and want my wife and children to travel with me but seems the applications are taking longer than expected to process. What I want to know is can they enter with me on a tourist visa exemption and apply from in the country?

how about 3 months? Basically I just need her and the children to be able to stay until my compulsory the 1 year visa

they can get 3 months out of a tourist visa. 60 days plus 30 days extension. But they will need time on that to apply for the Non-O
