Jay Sutton How many times has Paul extended his DTV in Thailand?? Does he even have a DTV? You're basing his overall experience living in Thailand, as opposed to his actual experience dealing with the topic of the post! There's a big difference.

The DTV is only 2 years old. So Paul Lee 5 Year's experience does not mean anything.

Yes, of course that's another incentive. But, no question, they want people to take up long term rental contracts, even if they're "not working" and only in Thailand for a 5 Year dental appointment! 🙄
