 If they want to throw 5000 baht away . It’s not difficult to get a resident certificate from immigration and a health certificate from any hospital or clinic. That’s literally all you need plus a passport and photos.

 Nonsense. It can be done on a tourist visa. I helped my friend do it last week.

 It’s 205 Baht per licence. And easy to do yourself.

 Incorrect. You need 2 separate resident certificates. One stating Car and one stating Bike.And they are only valid for 30 days.

 With your first retirement visa you receive 15 months. Same for everyone.

12 months thereafter. I recently got mine .
