If I have a visa sticker in my passport when I pick it up tomorrow 🙏🏻 I will be granted 90 days stay. During that time, I can apply to extend for the year at immigration in BKK. 👍🏻

Don’t forget that after 2.5 years you’ll be paying out visa and NHS costs again regardless, even if your wife pays NI. Then, after another 2.5 years you’ll be forking out for citizenship. Who knows how much that’s going to cost in the future.

£38,700 p.a. (new criteria) minimum earnings need to be proven over an unbroken 6 month period.
