Yes I'm guessing he's bringing in savings, but if he is then it's not taxable. Even the UK can't tax savings (as much as they'd like to!)

If you're from the US you don't need a visa on arrival. You get a free 60 day entry stamp which you can extend a further 30 days at an immigration office

No, it doesn't work with SCB. Reports suggest Bangkok Bank is the most reliable. I've used this method through Wise for about six years and it's worked every time

You'll probably find it's in the terms and conditions, and you'll probably have to sign an authority to freeze the money anyway. Banks love another piece of paper 😆
