I have found out from my partner that the landlord of our apartment failed to submit the TM 30 when I last entered the country. I have been back in the UK 4 months. I have a multiple entry retirement visa. I am due back in Bangkok on this coming Thursday. Is this non compliance likely to throw up any flags on re entry? Nobody seems to know and previous answers have all been guesswork not fact. Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The failure of your landlord to submit the TM 30 is unlikely to cause issues upon your re-entry into Thailand. Based on community feedback, TM 30 compliance is mostly critical when seeking an extension or conducting a 90-day report at an immigration office. You should only need the TM 30 when applying for immigration services, but it is advisable to have your landlord submit it upon your arrival.

You’ll be fine. Happened to me before and no issues at arrival. But to help others who use this site please update us once you return. Have a great flight and relax.
Immigration in the airport won't say anything when you re-enter Thailand, you will need a recent TM-30 on file, if you need any immigration services, such as a resident certificate or an extension.
It makes no difference when entering the country. Don’t worry. It only matters if you go to immigration for an extension or 90-day report. Get the landlord to submit a TM30 when you arrive this time and you’re ok.
