On the one hand agents say border runs by land are unlimited since July 2024, on the other hand almost everyone else says border runs by plane are unlimited. Does anyone know the truth?

Just flew into Chiang Mai from Hanoi. 1st time using DTV for entry.

Lady at immigration looked like I had 3 heads. I said this is 180 days each entry and she shrugged her shoulders.

Stamped in for correct amount of days it appears.

Cannot believe how quick Chiang Mai handles incoming flights. In and out in 5 minutes.

Is there any age limit for DTV visa? My friend is in his late fifties, works remotely and fits the criteria, but is afraid to apply for DTV thinking its only for young people

Hi I’ve come in on a non b visa ( first 3 months) my employer has sent in my passport for the work permit application but I need to quit this job, can I go to get my passport back from immigration and withdraw my application. Will I be able to stay on the non b visa until it expires after 3 months?

How many days before my return ticket OR end of my visa, I should be in immigration for one month extension?

We recently leased a condo for 1 year in BKK, and are coming back from a week long trip to Chiang Mai. Do we have to get a TM30 filled out for coming back to our BKK apartment? Does the landlord have to do it or can we do it ourselves online? Or is a new TM30 only required if returning from out of the country? Not required if coming back from domestic travel? I’ve searched the group but haven’t got a clear answer, hope someone can help!

I am currently in thailand on holiday with uk pass port. I came on 12th October

I just did a 4 day trip to vietnam by air, but I have just noticed that they did not stamp my passport on re entry back to thailand. Is this normal, I am booked to go home on the Dec 5th but was considering a longer stay.

My Thai wife of 2 1/2 years has been working on trying to finalize her Green Card/I-130 Visa. USCIS received her application in January of ‘24. Does anyone have any idea how much longer this legal approach will take? Any insight will be welcomed. Thanks

As a french if I run out of visa on the 21st of december and I want to stay longer in Thaïland, how many days would I win if I go for a visa run on the 22nd of november in Ranong to Myanmar border ? (30 days more from the 21st of december or 30 days more from the 22nd of november (which would be pointless in that case...)?)
