If you leaves the country in less than 180 days, and then comes back in do you need to report and apply for extension with 10K bahts?

I stupidly didn't read the VAT refund instructions and neglected to get the goods inspected before check-in.

I didn't have to time to go back out and line up again in the VAT queue, so left Thailand without getting the refund.

I went to Vietnam for 2 weeks and I've now come back to Thailand for 30 days.

Can I get the refund when I leave in 30 days.

I have not received my VAT refund by credit card yet. Anybody know how to make a complaint?

I flew out on April 8th and got the PP10 form stamped by the customs booth in the entrance lobby of BKK airport.

As my flight was getting late i mailed the form in at a later date to Revenue Thailand. It has been several weeks now. Expecting 5-6000 baht. Sent a complain on a web form on thailand revenue department website but no response received there either.

I need to get a new computer and I'm planning to buy the new MacBook Pro when it comes out next month before I leave.

Does anyone know if the Apple Store offers VAT refund? And are there any cons to buying Apple products in Thailand vs the US?
