Udonthani is a large city with large Westerners population. It’s convenient to all parts of the country within an hour also by the plane. Many direct flights to various cities as well.

Mixed of cultural/nature and city life. Checking it out.

My pet sitters pay around the same amount but my house is individually owned, single family home.

Commercial properties like apartments building is in a different category with different rates.

According to Thai law, The criminal record is available for 10 years for immigration purposes. The police report is available for crossed checks.

Over 4 decades, you should be fine.

I will dropped everything in a second to go living in this Isaan area. Matter of fact it’s my hometown now. This gorgeous view is about 15 minutes from my home.

After living in LA, NYC, San Francisco Orlando and now Dallas . Been there done that, I’m choosing to live out in the country where there is no Farang and not much of the city’s craziness. It’s just me
