ซิมเทพ is what I use when visiting Thailand as I never know when I’d leave the country, you can order from shopee or Lazada . There are 3,6,&12 months one time prepaid and that gives me more then enough data. It also comes with free calling , that’s enough for me as I mostly use the internet. The price are from 5-600 to 2,000 whichever suited your needs.

I’m not selling it or have any gains but feel free to DM me if you’re not sure if what I mean. Can’t post it here as I do not sure if the group’s policies.

You can get these sim at any telephone store too, the prices is a bet higher though.

Politics….

CBD

There’s a lady, she’s from the north. Studied in The USA and returned to Thailand and having the CBD business.

When it comes to politics and politicians in Thailand not many know the real truth…..

As every single thing in Thailand, there are two divided groups of people, one totally opposed it, another totally supportive. CBD is also the same.

I gave up driving in BKK for sometime now. Besides the accuracy rating is bad the Google maps almost never works. To make matters worse the city planing in Thailand is a maze with no an end nor the starting point.

If he a new driver, new to the area, the poor guy may need more helps.

You are right. For Thai we just called it Free visa. In the past, Sometimes I entered the country with my American passport and there was only 30 days FREE visa. Thanks

Current visa on arrival for USA passport holders is 60 days.

I have a home in Phureau, it’s probably the most similar place to CM with less pollution during the mentioned period of time. The weather is similar, the mountain is nicer with a smaller city setting. It’s my preference, anyway. Check it out if you like, maybe we can be neighbors. (Im living overseas, only there when visiting Thailand one a year)

There is a doc you must sign. That doc stated that it’s HER and HER only you have no intention of claiming it nor you have any right to do so.

I’ve attached the mentioned doc here;

Thai law prohibited foreigners to own a land ; with an exemption of the most recent regulations which allowable on certain conditions and requirements like 40 million THB, long term government’s bonds (must be qualified), at least 5 years or longer terms, so on and so forth.

A house is failed under the same as land , so no you can’t have a joint property.

Many mentioned Usufruch agreements, that’s your best bet.

My vacation home in Phureau Leoi is very pleasant starting from October and last until beginning of March.

It’s very nice, I’ve post the video of the surrounding a couple of day ago, feel free to check it out. I’m not there now otherwise would be able to take a live video to show it.
