I would imagine you will more than likely be approved before the 5th, a lot of people report getting approved in two days of additional documents request assuming everything is good. If you don't just do the border hop.

Last time I transferred a visa to a new passport on exit I had to go to the border visa office for some extra paperwork and stamps actually moving the visa to the new PP.

If you billed the rent income through a company and then paid yourself from said company you could do it, but you'd need to have proof of income from your company for a certain time so that'll hold you back if you convert now just for this. Overall hassle I imagine would be much easier to just apply for soft power.

Irene Allen so they specifically asked you "who made this signature?"

Irene Allen if you're not forging documents and not fabricating any truth, you can work anywhere but your company doesn't for whatever reason provide specific paperwork to freelancers, there is zero possibility for any issue. You're not lying about anything and your papers are real, one formality signature in the grey area but all parties in agreement.

Literally just sign it by yourself on behalf of your company, no one will check and everyone does this as it's for bureucracy purpose only.

I did google translate as jpg because it wouldn't take my pdf. Looked like absolute garbage, but along with the originals it was accepted no problems. In Hanoi.

Nong Khai bridge border is the worst, I guarantee they're coached to not let people in. Take the train if you cross from Vientiane, they're chill and never given me any drama.
