Two questions about destination visa for Jakarta:

1) I'm a freelance with multiple clients, i have contracts of collaboration with them in italian.

Do i have to translate these contracts in english?

2) About the clients portfolio, would be enough a scan from my personal site with the name of my clients, their logo and the job that i did/do for them?

I ask here because i can't access the thai embassy site in Jakarta

Do the documents required for the DTV have to be issued in English, or at least with a certified translation? 🙏🏼

In Italy it is almost impossible to get documents in English from public offices (tax certificate, marriage certificate for my wife) and a sworn translation would be exorbitantly expensive (I would be better off getting the Elite visa at this point 😅)… while with private institutions (bank for the banking status etc) I would have no problems.

Do you think that if some of the documents were in Italian and I provided a translation of those pages (easily verifiable, they are all personal data) it could work? 🤞

Has anyone applied to DTV from countries other than the USA and the UK and been approved? Did you provide the documents in your local language or in English? Does the embassy require any documents in English, such as employee contract etc?

My DTV in Poland has been approved as well! The process was quite smooth. Initially, I only submitted the contract, but since I’m self-employed, they requested an additional extract from the Company’s Register. Make sure to send all documents in English. Good luck with your visa applications!

Hi all. I just moved to Jomtien on a 3 month Non-immigrant Type O Marriage Visa from America. I am looking to gather the necessary documents for my 1 year extension. I need a Kor Ror 22. I have my marriage license and need to get a translated copy. Can my Thai wife take that to the MFA in Central Festival for certification or do I need to go to the US Embassy in Bangkok?

I am an Australian planning to marry a thai.

I have a certificate to prove i am single and never married. Question.

do i need this certificate stamped by the thai embassy as original before i have it translated to thai. If so can this be done in Ausralia or Thailand ?

Question about extending the 30 day visa exempt by 60 days (visit family) with a UK marriage cert.

I have previously been successful doing this but am hearing immigration offices now require the UK marriage cert, to be stamped at the British embassy and translated to Thai. What’s the up to date info on this?

How could I apply non o marriage visa in savannakhet? I got both original marriage certificate and my birth certificate were in Eng version? Do they need both docs? If yes, do I still need to certified and translated docs from eng to Thai at Thai consular in Bangkok? Or only copies of them?
