Hello everyone! I applied for my DTV at the Thai embassy in Spain last Thursday. On Friday, they requested additional documentation, which I sent on the same day. Today, the status changed to pending approval. Does anyone who has applied at this embassy know how long it usually takes and if they can request more documentation? Thank you!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user applied for a DTV visa at the Thai embassy in Spain and wants to know the usual processing time after submitting additional documentation. Comments indicate that it can take approximately 15 working days for processing, and sometimes the request for more documents may reset the timeline. Patience is advised as processing times can vary.

Took over 2 weeks for me in Madrid. But that doesnt say anything. Can be any time. Just be patient.

thank you! Still waiting patiently! Once you submited the application, were you asked for more documentation, or did it go directly to the “pending approval” status? 😄

It can take 15 working days for eVisa to be processed thru the Madrid Thai consulate..

AND

some times when they request more documents it can 'reset' the clock. 😮

SO

if Friday was the day you sent the additional documents, then they could take until the 11th of Nov (15 working days from friday the 18th)

all you can do is wait it out, you have no option to do anything but wait
