nope buying a property and itself does not give you the ability to open a Thai bank account

can i know which branch you went to? I have been tying for 3 months and keep being told no and i have the same info you have. so far only if i paid visa agent am i getting told yes.

if you’re able to get the DTV just do that cause it’s good for five years. You’re allowed six months at a time and you never have to pay another fee unless you extend in country beyond the six months.
