Since September 15th when the STV was announced, the only tourists allowed in have been Chinese. A few hundred are supposed to arrive end of October

then yes. Legally you are allowed to enter but good luck getting a flight from the Uk unless it’s chartered or something.

Thank you for some clarity. No one seems to know what’s going on. Can’t understand why you can still book flights with emirates from the Uk next week when Uk citizens aren’t even allowed to travel

And how is that? The special tourist visa scheme is only available to Chinese tourists at the moment so Uk tourists are not allowed in.

Let me know how you get on Trev but it’s almost impossible just now from the Uk. Many airlines fly there but they ain’t carrying any passengers so the flights are all being cancelled. Unless you’re a thai National, you won’t get in
