upload arrow??? On the Visa site?? Never been there... It was on the COE site.. that's totally different... I did mine 3 days ago and wasn't any upload arrow 🤔🤔

the declaration form - Can I just digitally sign online and upload as a pdf. Or does it need to be hand signed and then uploaded. I also don’t see the any way of actually uploading the documents. I’ve tried opening from my documents and dragging/dropping into the spaces provided.
