TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can apply for a Non-O visa to visit your Thai wife and daughter. To obtain this visa, you need to provide documentation such as your marriage certificate, your wife's identification, and meet health requirements like COVID-19 insurance and a fit-to-fly certificate. Additionally, you'll need to obtain a Certificate of Entry (CoE) from the Thai embassy in your country, arrange for an ASQ hotel for mandatory quarantine upon arrival, and ensure your flight meets the requirements. Many airlines are now offering flights to Thailand, but you should check with the embassy for the latest travel conditions and requirements.

Since Thailand started letting people back in, those with a Thai spouse or Thai family have been allowed. You need to get a certificate of entry from the Thai embassy in London and in order to do that you need to jump through the hoops they require like Covid insurance, fit to fly certificate and ASQ hotel booking. In the early days you were limited to repatriation flights only (around 3 per month) and then only 50 seats were available for foreigners. However now airlines like Emirates and Qatar are flying to Bangkok daily. Bookings on these flights qualify for the CofE from the embassy as long as you’ve got all the other ducks in a row.

you need to obtain a Certificate of Entry from the Thai embassy in London. Best way to contact them is through Facebook messenger. You need Covid health insurance that covers up to 100K USD. A fit to fly certificate and a Covid free test result no more than 72 hours before you travel. You need to arrange a flight and quarantine hotel in Bangkok (ASQ hotel). Theres around 10 airlines that fly daily to Bangkok these days.

If you r a legal spouse you can come to Thailand but you need to contact Thai Embassy

I guess all Europe countries would similar in Switzerland i applied COE for myself and organise wht Docs my hubby has to prepare start until get COE including fit to fly form and Covid Cpr test bcos he ll make it alone after i fly bck Bkk

As i remember There r 2 options

1. flying wth repitriation flight organised by the Embassy you need to be in the line to get available seat only Thais hv free of charge for hotel quarantian but Non Thais not free!

or

2. purchase Semi commercial flight get bck to bkk and pay for Asq hotel by yrself.

I choose option 2 for myself and my hubby i m willing to pay for Asq hotel by myself, for you 2nd option would be ok bcos no matter what Non Thais hv to pay for quarantine 🙂

For apply your COE Thai Emb needs :

1 comfirm airline ticket booking

2 confirm asq hotel (hotel will accept yr booking after you show no.1 to them

3 visa 90 days u can make multiple but yr Thai wife needs to show up wth u but yr wife aint there right?

4 declaration form

5 a copy valid health insurance certificate and cover medical expenditure Covid worth more than or at least usd 100,000

6 yr copy passport nd yr thai wife passport

7 a copy of document indicating legal marriage

I suggest you contact Thai Emb in yr country ask them for the info bcos There r mny details and can change anytime depends on the situation of the country you live nd how risk yr country is 🙂 hope this could help.

Yes. Lots of people in a similar situation have got back. You can get a Non O visa (on the basis of having a Thai wife or a Thai daughter) and then get a CofE. Plenty of approved flights now.
