Following on from a previous post, I’m considering coming back to the Uk from Thailand. Will likely fly with Thai airways direct to London to avoid mandatory hotel quarantine. I need a passenger locator form I believe and a 72 hour test before I leave Thailand. Anyone know of any good clinics to get that done in Bangkok? I also need to order some sort of home testing kit. Is that correct?

TLDR : Answer Summary
An expat in Thailand is seeking information on the process of returning to the UK, specifically regarding COVID-19 testing requirements. They plan to fly directly to London with Thai Airways to bypass hotel quarantine and mentioned the need for a Passenger Locator Form and a COVID-19 test within 72 hours of departure. Various commenters provided recommendations for clinics in Bangkok for testing, including MedConsult Clinic and Bumrungrad Hospital, with some sharing their experiences and the need for pre-booked tests upon entering the UK.

I got mine done at Bumrungrad. Results in less than 12 hours with fit to fly certificate.

Some airlines do. But not sure about UK regulations. I got one anyway it was same price at time.

Should check with airline and UK authorities
