What should I do if I can't access the Thai tourist visa application site?
For almost 24 hours I’ve not been able to begin the application for my tourist visa. Anyone else having this issue?
Summary so far
The poster expresses frustration over being unable to access the online application for a Thai tourist visa for nearly 24 hours. Other commenters share similar experiences, with one asking about the purpose of the trip, and others providing updates on their attempts to access the visa site and issues with payment. I have been able to access the site now but when going to pay for my visa it’s giving me this 😂😂 pretty ridiculous to be honest, I’ve called the embassy and they basically said just wait till the site is back up and running, I don’t have that much time!

I’ve been having this issue for 3 days now, I’m getting that same message about time slots being full even though I’m selecting to post James ********

it’s frustrating right, it’s not fair, they should just accept out documents and passport via post with a cash payment method if their site is down, I fly on the 11th of January and need my COE aswell and this is delaying it to a point it’s starting to get really close if I’ll even have everything in time Mat ************

I know, luckily I don’t fly until March but it’s still very stressful James ********
Yes, very frustrating I am currently having the same problem and I fly in less than 3 weeks! I’ve finished my visa just need some barcode at the end lol. If you successfully get through could you please post here, and I will do same thanks 😊

I will do mate. Will keep you posted Arthur *******
I have a question for you, unlike most of the smart asses here, I’m legitimately asking with respect, are you going just for general tourism and to , I suppose see the woman in your profile pic? Because I’m trying to do the same and I don’t know where to start.

to see my girl and tourism yes. I might stay long term but it depends on many factorsArthur *******
@Spencer ******
yeah me too, she lives in Chiang Mai, and most of not all ASQ are in Bangkok. My problem is worrying they’ll deny me entry and not being able to come back because I’ll be going to college soon.

Ryan Lewis. Follow the news. Certain areas of Chiang Mai are already in lockdown and others may follow.
