If you’re going to stay with a Thai National, what kind of invitation letter would be sufficient as proof of accommodation? Looking at no 3 here. I realise an Agoda booking would be considered proof of accommodation after quarantine but there is no mention of how long the accommodation needs to be for.

TLDR : Answer Summary
To provide sufficient proof of accommodation when staying with a Thai National, a simple invitation letter from the host is recommended. The letter should state the host's name, address, and the duration for which the visitor will be accommodated. Additionally, it's advisable to attach a copy of the host's ID card, lease agreement, or yellow book to validate their residency.

Just a simple letter, "I am the owner at XXX address and will be hosting my friend (your name) for a period of XXX days." Attach a copy of their ID card, lease agreement, or yellow book showing they reside there.

what about if you don’t have Thai national friend?😩 how can I proof of accommodations after ASQ? Or can I just book hotel for 5or 7 days and put the hotel information in COE form. Would that be okay though? Even my visa will be 60 days . Or I have to book 60 days .

A hotel booking for a couple days is fine.

My visa is 60 days, but if I book a hotel for a couple of days, I'm afraid I won't be able to enter the kingdom.

I apologize if I make you confused.

Declaration form it ask for Address resident in Thailand would it be okay if I put hotel address ?

And do I have to proof the hotel booking when I arrive at the Bangkok airport?

Make sure the copy of thai ID card or house book is signed by them. Thailand immigration loves and demands signatures on everything. .

Steven de Blaquiere Quick question mate. I’m down at CW next Monday to extend my Non O by marriage for one more year. My current Non O by marriage doesn’t expire until January 3, 2021. My question is, can I start the application now as it’s well within the 45 days? But here’s the catch, the 400K has only been in that account six weeks but will have been in the account for well over two months by December 12th, so well before the time the extension expires. So do I have to wait or can I start the process now anyway? How strict are they on this? TIA as always.

should it be written in Thai?

If it's a Thai person you're staying with I'd just have them write it in Thai.
