Are the covid extensions being extended beyond March 30th at all, and if not, what documents do I need to take with me to the Immigration office tomorrow, apart from my passport?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The COVID-19 visa extensions were likely to be extended beyond March 30th, though no official confirmation was given at the time. To visit the Immigration office, one would generally need a passport, TM30 proof of filing, a passport photo, copies of the passport data page, the TM6 departure card, recent entry stamp, previous COVID extension stamps, and a filled-out TM7 application, STM2 form, and a statement regarding COVID concerns. Requirements may vary by location.

You’ll need this stuff. Not all offices have the same requirements so it may be slightly different depending on which of the 70+ offices you use.

A copy of your passport data page (signed),

A passport photo,

Proof of filing a TM30,

A copy of your departure card (TM6) (signed)

A copy of your latest entry stamp (signed)

A copy of any previous Covid extension stamps (signed) (Phuket requires this other offices may not)

In Phuket they require the copies to be in portrait not landscape. This means the top of your passport aligns along the shorter side of the A4.

(Other offices may not be as pedantic)

A filled out TM7 (application form for extensions) - the form doesn’t have a space for your email or phone number but just write it on the back (page 2).

A filled out STM2 (acknowledgement that you understand the rules for overstaying)

A filled out “I don’t want to leave because of Covid form” - I have no idea if it has an official name or number.

And 1,900 baht.

The forms are available at your local office. Most have places on site or nearby that can do the copies and photos.

Pretty much sums it up. In Udon Thani they also insisted of presenting a letter from ones embassy. After telling them, and they should long know this of course, that embassies don't issue such letters, they insisted of presenting an email from the embassy not issuing supporting letters - which the German Embassy happily provided (in it more or less directly stating that this is not the embassies business but the sole business of Thai Immigration and that they should do their job). Worked in the end. Always be prepared they come up with some additional senseless errand for you to run each time around.

you need to go in with passport and TM 30 and 1900 baht, go to copy office in the back and fill out 4 pages of forms, make copies, submit.

The Emergency Decree was already extended an additional two months.

the emergency decree and the 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19 are completely different

that's an existential question ... But definitely related.

I didn’t ask any type of question, I gave a statement

For now, 30 March is the last day you can get the COVID 60-day extension.

The government will soon make another announcement: continue the COVID 60-day extension or not.

Simply follow this site every day to get this info. I, too, am clueless.

Many people are hoping that the COVID 60-day extension due date will be pushed to 30 May, as the state of emergency continues until 31 May.

Judging from previous months dating back to March 2020, we are pretty sure the government will find a way for farang currently in Thailand to stay.

Many farang are waiting ... with bated breath ... for the Cabinet to make another announcement regarding the next COVID 60-day extension deadline.

@Daniel ******
that would be great but I’m being informed emergency decree and Covid 60 day extension are two completely separate things. I’m enquiring about the 60 day extension which is due to end March 30th

Nobody knows for sure at this point. Although it is likely to be extended. If so, probably last minute on short notice, as it has been before. The rest of your question would seem to consist of a logical error, cause if it is NOT extended, no need to bring documents to immigration 😉

I'll double check tomorrow morning with them... TM30 form even though I'm staying in a hotel. You sure about that?
Bobby ********
Spencer Healy. Get the hotel to print a screenshot of their TM30 registration.

@Spencer ******
Pretty sure, yes. Needed the TM.30 at all my extensions in different offices. You can obtain this in the very immigration office though - given the hotel has reported you there before - which they are required to do by law. Double check with your hotel that they did.

Error on my part - if you can just let me know what I need to take tomorrow as I have an appointment booked. Thanks

@Spencer ******
Varies, depending on the requirements of your immigration office. Unfortunately they have highly inconsistent requirements across the country. As a minimum, you will need your passport and a TM.30 receipt. Plus some forms filled out - which you get at the immigration office. Some offices might ask you for additional documents, like a letter / email from your embassy. Best to check with your particular office before.
