FYI, “Giving loans on a personal basis” sounds like criminal activity unless you have a legitimate loan company. Also, it raises red flags just because it is so unusual. Better not use the loan thing.

I live in Thailand for 6 months of each year. I do have a Thai bank account that has the required amount deposited to keep my visa valid. I never withdraw money and don’t have the bank app on my phone. So, it’s almost like I don’t have a Thai bank account either.

There is no grey area. What you want to do is not legal in Thailand.

I came to the same conclusion after reading a few comments. Fairly certain Chris is single. When I had my marriage to my Thai wife documented in Thailand, I remember where we went and how many different places we went, translations to the other language and how many duplicate and triplicates of each doc. It wasn’t just one place. Some were even quantruplicates.
