My last visa stamp expired on 30th Nov but I applied on 16th. Wondering when does my extension start, is it from 30th Nov 2020 to 29th Nov 2021 or it starts from application date which is from 16th November 2020 to 15th November 2021.

I think that's normal. You go there on the date stamped on the passport to get your final extension stamped. Btw how many days after the submission did they come for a visit. And did they call you before visiting?

US Bangla most probably have flights from 17th July. Try contacting them.

You need to fulfil the following four criterias to be eligible for PR.

1. Live in Thailand consecutively for three years on valid Non O extensions.

2. Have three year consecutive work permit from Thai employer.

3. Have a minimum income of 40,000 baht per month and have paid tax for three years on that income.

4. Married to a Thai.

So start living in Thailand with Non O extension first then think of PR later.
