What challenges do Australians face when traveling to Thailand for over 3 months with an STV visa?

I gave up trying to buy health insurance for the STV, AXA asking for health report because I am over 60 (see photo) other companies just no response.

Just been granted a TR visa no health insurance required, using complimentary travel insurance provided with my credit card. TR visa is 60 days with option to extend further 30 days.
