we have to the report every 90 days, 1st 1 in person in your nearest immigration office and then ones after can be filed online. I asked my nearest immigration office in BKK, and they said I must do a 90 day report. Make sure you get a Tm30 from whoever you are renting from.

If you leave within 90 days, no worries, it's just when you complete a full 90 days, it's gotta be done.

It's very easy to do it yourself. Cost me €350 to do it myself, only took what 20 minutes total.

Are you in Thailand, and is that why your are wanting an agent to do it for you?

If that's the case, could be cheaper to just go to one of the easy embassies as shared in the group?

Bankok Bank in Central opposite Fortune Town (Bangkok) are open to DTV holders to open bank accounts. I went there the other day just to enquire, and she said it's a new visa, and after asking me a few questions, she said I need to bring a copy of my work contract and usual forms of ID.

So hopefully will have an account soon, going there again in a few days. Will make sure to post in the group if all goes well.

I have a 1 year rental, like you, it's my base. If we don't stay 90 days in one go then we don't have to, but if we do then we must. But it's easy, I already registered online, and set a reminder on my diary to go to the immigration office. Then after, if I stay 90 days or more I can just complete it online

Tm30 is done by the hotel/landlord, not us.

We have to do the 90 day report which is the TM47.

I didn't know this aswell, it wasn't clear with the DTV application process, there was no advice about other things. It's not until folks here in the group said it's normal to report, SO I checked with immigration and it's correct.

With DTV we must do TM47 if we stay 90 days or more, and our landlord or the hotel folks submit and create the TM30 for us (no always but ask them and they should be able to, it's their responsibility).

I got my TM30 from my landlord (I arranged a 1 year rent contract) once I got here with my DTV last month.

Tm30 is done by the hotel/landlord. TM47 you have to do it, I believe it's the 90 day report. 1st one has to be done in person at an immigration office, the following can be done online.

Had similar when I applied they wanted to see more activity, so I re-submitted my current account and attached a statement for my savings (both separate) and I joined the together with a PDF app and also added an explanation that I don't keep my savings in current account. I did my application through Madrid. After this I got approved
