Your landlord is responsible for it, but if not you can do it by telling immigration. Unless its your own home, you will need to do it. You're nearest immigration place should be able to advise.
Whwn I had to do it after overseas travel I went to the office and did it myself. No need for landlord or his agent. Once again though it depends on the immigration office. October 23 I had to reregister at Jomtien. Feb

Some people don't like how easy it is to get the DTV this way. So want the rules tightened and people checked for continuing their activity, dental or medical plan.
