What you do is up to you, but there is no guarantee that the visa will be legit and you may be found out. If you cannot qualify on your own resources, try an ed visa or other option. Plus, to pay so much to the agent is ridiculous.

If you live for a year using ATM withdrawals, you will be charged THB 220 for every withdrawal and you should check with you Philippine bank if they charge a foreign transaction fee.
