Just ask them to draft a document stating that you provide graphic design work on a freelance basis and have done since??? It’s not a binding contract so they don’t have to commit to anything.

It’s fair to say that this is a completely new visa with so many organisations still figuring out what it means for them. This is Thailand & for sure this extremely popular visa may well develop & change over time as the authorities see the huge rise in applications & immigrants taking advantage of a fantastic opportunity… it probably won’t last forever or they will make it hugely more expensive or change the prerequisites 🤷‍♂️
