Yes i verified with just my passport inside the app. Only downside is that I cant top up without a thai bank account. I use wise to transfer to a thai and they send it to my truemoney

How it can block, we still use and help other people for True wallet,
If you scan QR Code with any Thai bank, you can use until midnight.
But if your pay stuff in 7-11 it can use 24 hours.
