 strange usually Kasikorn is good . Try another branch . I open with Kasikorn with non o , got it in 35 min no issues

 I came to Thailand with a non o visa , went to Kasikorn bank open an account was first in line was done in 35 min. Used an agent for 1 yr extension paid 16,000. Received the extension in 3 days.

Can I access my funds in a fixed account at Kasikornbank before the maturity period for my visa?

If you're using the B800,000 for your retirement visa . You can access your funds 3 months after you got the extension. It can NOT fall below B400,000 2 to 4 months before the next extension depending on the bank it must be topped up back to B800,000
