provided it's not your first 90 day report then yes you can, I did mine online yesterday.

As Benjamin said above, they will also send you an email once they've processed it. I did mine today, email came through in about 3 hours or so.

I believe there are no flights in or out from there at the moment.

1) no idea as I haven't brought any pets here but check with your hotel whether you can keep pets in them. ASQ in Bangkok was a hard no for pets and they have quarantine places specially for pets or you could arrange for someone to pick the pet up at the airport. Not sure on Phuket but I'm sure someone will report back on their experience with pets and Phuket sooner rather than later.

2) All will do the 14 days and be able to go out and about per the rules in place. I believe 4 year olds don't need an RT-PCR test either which is good news.

3) Amity Treaty I believe it's called. I'm not sure of the ins and outs as it's specifically for American nationals and I'm not American but this makes your life a bit easier compared to non-Americans when trying to set up a business. I believe you may still need a non-B visa and an extension of stay based on employment.

they'll tell you to book and pay online then you'll get a confirmation email. We used them the other week and I phoned them up beforehand too. Saves you a phone call.

You say you have family here...what relation are they to you? In particular do you have a Thai wife or a child with a Thai national?
